Experience

For over six years now I have tutored lower-level students and classmates of mine in a wide variety of subjects ranging from mathematics to music theory. Several professors at my college have created recommendations on my part and have asked me personally for assistance in explaining concepts to other students in the class due to my success rate when communicating with them. Through working alongside friends and gaining some experience at my college's local tutoring center, I very quickly realized that I enjoyed helping people along to that moment of studying where things begin to "click" and everything becomes significantly clearer and easier to understand. That single moment after hours of strong efforts and working together makes every step along the way worth it. After so much time keeping my experience and skills in this field local to my city, I figured it was about time I tried to reach a bit further and see how many people I could help achieve their educational goals in a short window of time. A job well done is the most rewarding part of this work for me, so I'll be sure to try my absolute hardest to give you whatever you need.

Hobbies

Generally speaking, I'm a bit of a nerd. I spend a moderate amount of time on my laptop, whether it's for playing video games, watching Netflix, or just keeping in touch with some of my friends. I absolutely love reading and anything that has the potential to provide great storytelling. I've played guitar on and off for over 9 years now, with piano, bass, and ukulele mixed in on the side. Aside from that, most of my time spent outdoors is playing basketball, tennis, or just jogging around the city to keep in shape. Overall, I tend to be a very relaxed person that can appreciate a good bit of fun. Not so much that I lose sense of what I'm doing and can't be responsible, but enough that'll leave me ending the day with a smile on my face and my stomach hurting from laughter.
